Uniconazole has both plant growth regulation and bactericidal activity, it is an inhibitor of gibberellin synthesis.
Uniconazole’s activity is 6-10 times higher than that of paclobutrazol, but its residual amount in soil is only 1/10 of paclobutrazol, which has little impact on subsequent crops.
